He thought his company could have came over Google and Omniture if he could get more better engineers. Even though He had branch in other countries to development but he couldn’t hire enough engineers in those days.

Then he hoped to make a tech-school that can bring up good engineers for Japanese tech companies for survival on global market.

His detail story of building Kirirom institute should be told in his speech, then I had better skip to tell them in detail.
But I must say I can’t be antreprenor like him. His vision and risk-taking are so huge that I can’t not hold. He is producing many kinds of school, from institute to kindergarten, city planning, resort, and association for Japanese foreign entrepreneurs. Just one of the projects is tough enough for one person to come true. I could not imagine to manage so much projects.

I’m proud with him.
